Blink-182 longtime vocalist and guitarist Tom DeLonge has quit the band.
“Tom’s way of doing things lacks refinement and technical skill,” said Skiba, while donning camouflage and running drills for infiltrating an armed military facility. Matt Skiba, exhausted by the constant comparison, is confident he could replace DeLonge.

Skiba is a better guitarist and live performer (now, anyway) but I think Tom's recording voice is far superior to what we have heard from Skiba so far.
