Jeff Lynne's ELO will be touring America in the Summer of 2018. The rest of the Wilburys, wherever they are, would be proud. When Jeff made those records 35-40 years ago, he layered the instruments to achieve the rich, orchestral effect. They are band from the early 1970s to the late 1980s that picked up right where the Beatles left off. This concert recording will no doubt keep us satiated until we get to see them live at that time.
